FCBM Warrantee Service

As per terms and conditions FCBM guarantees all work completed on your roof. This covers the materials and workmanship. If there is an issue with any works that is within the warrantee period, our tradesman will inspect and find the cause of the problem and make any necessary repairs free of charge.

It is important to note however that if the repairs required are unrelated to FCBM’s workmanship or materials, there will be a call out fee of $250. This will cover our inspection, travel time and labour of up to 1 hour in order to fix the problem. If the work cannot be repaired within the allowed time frame of 1 hour, a quotation will be submitted. The $250 call out fee is still payable but will be deducted from the quoted works when / if completed.
